ClariVy™ NanoVy™ Ti Cervical IBF

 Better materials for better results

NanoVy™ Ti

 NanoVy™ Ti is a nano coating of CP Titanium onto an implant  surface, such as a PEEK polymer.  The NanoVy™ Ti improves the  performance of the native polymer making for a superior implant. 

Better Bony Apposition

At  4 weeks, and again at 8 weeks, the PEEK implant with NanoVy™ Ti coating  demonstrates much better bony apposition, and a significant reduction  in fibrous tissue.

Superior Initial Fixation

 In an Expulsion Test of  NanoVy™ Ti coated and uncoated PEEK  implants,  The coated implants required 74% more force for expulsion.  

Osseointegration without Compromise

 NanoVy™ Ti coated PEEK demonstrates significant reduction in the  fibrous layer associated with uncoated PEEK implants.  This is achieved  without reducing the radiolucency or altering the modulus of elasticy of  the PEEK implant. (data is derived from in vivo studies) 

No De-lamination

 Unlike other titanium spray or plasma spray coatings, NanoVy™ Ti  coatings have demonstrated excellent adherence to the PEEK substrate,  exhibiting little to no de-lamination even during impaction against bony  surfaces. data is derived from in vivo studies) 

Multiple Options

The ClariVy™ NanoVy™ Ti product line includes multiple footprints, heights, and lordotic angles.  Additionally, there is the  ClariVy™ NanoVy™ Ti IBF-S with locking Titanium screws.
